Meeting Space
$30-60/hour
Meeting space is available for rental Monday through Friday. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, as space is available. Meetings may begin as early as 9 a.m. and end as late as 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or 5 p.m. on Fridays. Please take into consideration setup and cleanup time when booking the space.
Description
Conference Room:
Our conference room seats 30 and is equipped with a computer, projector, screen, whiteboard, and seating.
Main Atrium:
Our main Atrium includes Arcade Alley, which features video games, pinball, skee ball, guitar hero, and others; a rock climbing wall, stage, DJ equipment, sound system, and more! Suitable for groups of 50+ attendees.
Payment:
Payment is due in full when booking the event and is required to reserve the date. Credit card information is taken through secure online forms. Other forms of payment will only be accepted if you are booking the space while present at the Center.

Cancellations:
A cancellation charge equal to one-half of the rental fee is charged if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the booking. If a cancellation is more than 1 week prior to the rental date, the renter will receive a full refund. The full rental fee is charged for failure to cancel.
